At Everlee Jane Boutique & Home and The House of Baybray, we’re committed to getting your order to you quickly and safely. Please review our shipping details below:
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. During holidays or special promotions, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Methods & Rates
- Orders under $100: $8.00 Flat Rate
- Orders over $100: FREE SHIPPING
We do not currently offer expedited or international shipping.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24 hours (or longer if shipped on a weekend) for tracking to update.
Local Pickup
Local customers can select Free In-Store Pickup at checkout. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready, typically within 24 hours.

Please note: Our stores are located in MINEOLA, TX, and all pick up orders will be available from there.
Delays & Lost Packages
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, once your package is in the carrier’s hands, we cannot control delays due to weather, holidays, or carrier issues.
If your package is lost or delayed, please contact the shipping provider first. We’re happy to assist with claims if needed.
If the wrong shipping address was inputed at checkout and the package is returned to us, it is the customer's responsibility to pay for the shipping fees to mail it back out with an update address. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses. Please double check all information when checking out to insure smooth delivery.
