Refund, Return, & Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Everlee Jane! We hope you enjoy your purchase.

We offer refunds for store credit only within the first 14 days of your purchase. After 14 days, we are unable to accept returns on any purchases.

Refunds

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and smoke, deodorant, and perfume free. All original tags must be attached.

If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a store credit for the value of your return if returned within 14 days of purchase.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (order number.) Please include a copy of the receipt, order number, or packing slip with your reason for return.

    Exempt Goods

    The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:     

    • Any Sale or Discounted Items
    • Accessories (hats, hair, and other)
    • Jewelry
    • Home Decor Items
    • Food Items of Any Kind
    • Candles or Any Other Type of Home Fragrance
    • Gift Cards
    • Antiques (includes furniture)
    • Health and Personal Care Items

    Exchanges (if applicable)

    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged within 30 days. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at everleejanevintage@gmail.com.

      • The customer will be responsible for paying return shipping costs. If upon arrival we find the items to be non-returnable according to our return policy, they will be returned to the customer at their expense. We do not provide return labels.

      • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a store credit refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your store credit.

      Thank you so much for shopping with us. If ordered within our business days, we try and get all orders shipped within a day. If ordered over the weekend, we anticipate orders leaving with us within 2-3 business days. Let us know if you have any other questions regarding shipping time.
