We offer refunds for store credit only within the first 14 days of delivery. After 14 days, we are unable to accept returns on any purchases. Please note that all gift cards and store credit expire after one year. ALL returns are subject to a 3% restocking fee - no exceptions. Returns must be delivered back to us before the 14 day mark.

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be unworn and unwashed as well as stain, smoke, deodorant, and perfume free. All original tags must be attached.

If the item in question was a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a store credit for the value of your return minus restocking fee if returned within 14 days of delivery.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (order number.) Please include a copy of the receipt, order number, or packing slip with your reason for return. Store credit will be issued to your account.

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
Any Sale or Discounted Items
Accessories (hats, hair, eyeglasses, and other)
Jewelry
Home Decor Items
Food Items of Any Kind
Candles or Any Other Type of Home Fragrance
Gift Cards
Health and Personal Care Items
Seasonal Items

We do not offer exchanges for online orders. Store credit will be issued for a return and then can be used to purchase a substitution. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged within 5 days of delivery. After 5 days, we are unable to replace a damaged or defective item.

The customer will be responsible for paying return shipping costs. If upon arrival we find the items to be non-returnable according to our return policy, they will be returned to the customer at their expense. We do not provide return labels.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a store credit refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your store credit. If your item/s were damaged in transit, we will issue a refund for shipping costs within 5 days.
