Our Meyer Lemon Pound Cake Mix delivers a dense, moist, and tender crumb with a vibrant, zesty flavor. Featuring real Meyer lemon (or natural citrus flavors), it offers the perfect balance of sweet and tangy, often including a citrus glaze mix for a finished bakery-quality treat in under an hour. 

You will need:

  • 1 packet Lemon Pound Cake with Glaze
  • 1 stick butter, softened
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk

Directions: Preheat oven to 350ºF. Spray loaf pan with flour based cooking spray. In large bowl, beat butter and eggs with electric mixer on low speed for 30 seconds, scraping bowl constantly. Increase mixer speed to high and beat for 2 minutes, scraping bowl constantly. Reduce mixer speed to low and gradually add pound cake mix in thirds alternately with milk and beat just until smooth after each addition. Transfer batter to prepared pan and smooth the top of the batter then tap pan on work surface to release air bubbles. Bake 50 to 55 minutes until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool on rack for 10 minutes before removing to serving plate.

In a small bowl, combine glaze mix with 1 tablespoon water and mix until smooth. If needed, add 2nd tablespoon to reach desired consistency. Drizzle glaze over pound cake.

Contains: Cake ingredients: Sugar, enriched bleached wheat flour (niacin, iron (reduced), thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid, malted barley flour), natural Meyer lemon flavor, aluminum free baking powder (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, cornstarch and monocalcium phosphate), and salt. 

Glaze ingredients: Powdered sugar (sugar, cornstarch) and natural Meyer lemon flavor.

Contains a wheat ingredient. Do not consume raw batter.

Refunds

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be unworn and unwashed as well as smoke, deodorant, and perfume free. All original tags must be attached.

If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a store credit for the value of your return if returned within 14 days of purchase.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (order number.) Please include a copy of the receipt, order number, or packing slip with your reason for return. Store credit will be issued to your account.

    We do not offer exchanges for online orders. Store credit will be issued for a return and then can be used to purchase a substitution.       • The customer will be responsible for paying return shipping costs. If upon arrival we find the items to be non-returnable according to our return policy, they will be returned to the customer at their expense. We do not provide return labels.

      • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a store credit refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your store credit. If your item/s were damaged in transit, we will issue a refund for shipping costs.
