We offer refunds for store credit only within the first 14 days of your purchase. After 14 days, we are unable to accept returns on any purchases. Please note that all gift cards and store credit expire after one year.
Refunds
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be unworn and unwashed as well as smoke, deodorant, and perfume free. All original tags must be attached.
If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a store credit for the value of your return if returned within 14 days of purchase.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (order number.) Please include a copy of the receipt, order number, or packing slip with your reason for return. Store credit will be issued to your account.

We do not offer exchanges for online orders. Store credit will be issued for a return and then can be used to purchase a substitution. The customer will be responsible for paying return shipping costs. If upon arrival we find the items to be non-returnable according to our return policy, they will be returned to the customer at their expense. We do not provide return labels.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a store credit refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your store credit. If your item/s were damaged in transit, we will issue a refund for shipping costs.
